Stretchy slightly see through. But if you just wear pale underwear it is fine. Fit: I am normally a size 10 UK on the bottom and the small fits comfortably. Delivery was prompt. Overall I am pleased. It is very much like the picture. A pretty mermaid or maybe belle shape. I recommend it.
